TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The above rate is based on the weight/volume provided in this email.
  • Any local charges at origin or destination will be billed as per actual which is excluded in the above quotation.
  • The chargeable weight is based on whichever is greater between actual or volume weight.
  • Any surcharges at the origin will be charged to the consignee.
  • The shipment pick-up cannot be canceled/stopped once the booking number is confirmed.
  • The rate upon billing will change if the chargeable weight of the shipment changes.
  • The volume weight is calculated as length x width x height in cm/5000.
  • IP: L & G Maximum 330cm, IPF: No Limit. For Girth calculation: L+(2W+2H)
  • The shipper is responsible to provide the proper packaging and necessary shipping documents.
  • An insurance premium will be applicable if the shipper declares carriage value on the FedEx air waybill.
  • The quotation excludes insurance charges.
  • We are not liable for any damages or loss of the shipment if the shipment is not insured.
  • Falcon will not be responsible for any damages due to improper packaging.
  • The customs duty charge is subject to customs clearance at the destination. Any origin taxes will be charged on actual.
  • For shipments weighing 100kg (220lb) and over as gross, an original attested commercial invoice and original attested Certificate of Origin are required.
  • The consignee must have an active import license.
  • The receiver must obtain any required ministries’ approval. If the receiver fails to get the approval, the shipment will be returned to the shipper & the receiver will have to bear all the charges incurred.
  • The charge quoted is for NON-DG Items only. Any batteries are to be removed prior to departure.
  • Oil or any other liquid substances are NOT Allowed. Chemicals are NOT allowed.
  • Delivery within DOHA city limits only. Additional charges are applicable for Rural deliveries.
  • Falcon is not responsible if the shipment gets held in customs due to noncompliance with the above.
